Commercial & industrial buildings
Smart Building
Offices, industrial sites and hospitality: a building that regulates its own lighting, climate and access — and reports on what it consumes.
Our solutions
The whole building, driven from a single interface
Intelligent lighting
Centralised lighting control by zone, with automatic scenes driven by occupancy and daylight levels. DALI and KNX compatible.
Motorised blinds & shutters
Blinds and roller shutters move automatically with the sun, the time of day or your programmed scenes. Visual and thermal comfort optimised.
Heating & air conditioning
Automatic zone-by-zone control of heating and cooling, based on occupancy. Optimal comfort in every season, consumption kept in check.
Access control & security
Entry by badge, biometrics or mobile app. Intelligent video surveillance, real-time alerts and a full audit trail of every entry.
Air quality & ventilation
Ventilation adjusts automatically to indoor air quality. Consistently fresh, healthy air for the comfort and health of everyone on site.
Centralisation & supervision
Drive every system from a single interface — tablet, smartphone or desktop workstation.
Energy efficiency
Real-time consumption monitoring, automatic shutdown outside occupancy hours and detailed reports to bring your costs down.
Multi-protocol integration
Compatible with KNX, Modbus, DALI and BACnet — built to fit the infrastructure you already have.
Open protocol
A global standard, not a proprietary system
KNX is an international standard, not one manufacturer's product. Your equipment stays interchangeable, the installation depends on no single reseller and no subscription, and it grows at the building's own pace.
- up to −40%
- off the building's energy bill
- 500,000+
- KNX installations worldwide
- 190
- countries where the standard is deployed
- 400+
- certified manufacturers, interoperable with each other
How the work runs
An installation that does not shut your business down
A hotel does not close, and a hospital certainly does not. The work is broken up so the building keeps running throughout.
Phased intervention
The building is split into sections: one floor, one wing or one open space at a time. Everywhere else carries on as normal.
Work outside opening hours
Nights, weekends, quiet periods: anything noisy or requiring a shutdown is scheduled around your calmest hours.
Progressive commissioning
Each section is tested and handed over before the next one starts. You see results as they come, with no single switchover at the end.
