The quote request form collects what you type into it: name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your project. This is sent to us by email and is not recorded in any database.

The site has no user accounts and no analytics tools. No other data is collected without your knowledge.

If you write or call us directly, we handle the information you send us on your own initiative in the same way.

Data sent when you get in touch is used to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, carry out the work.

The legal basis is your pre-contractual step, together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Correspondence relating to an enquiry that does not proceed is kept for three years from the last contact.

Documents relating to completed work are kept for the statutory period applicable to accounting obligations and construction warranties.

This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. No consent banner is therefore required.

A single technical cookie may be set, “NEXT_LOCALE”, to remember the language you chose. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and does not identify you.

Fonts are served from our own servers: no request is made to any third-party service during your visit.
